This project had moisture problems which meant our team needed to do multiple moisture testing and eventually had to use a moisture barrier which added extra complexity.
In order to keep the project on schedule our team needed to manage the many city ordinances since it was located in a densely populated residential area in addition to working with and around multiple trades.

Sheet vinyl, LVT, linoleum, stair treads, rubber base – low income housing
