Salesforce - One Rincon

Working on the Salesforce Postal Annex project posed several issues common with older construction. The concrete subfloors were in poor condition. The result meant removing up to 1.5” of the 1st floor slab and re-pouring it with subfloor leveling compound.

Our team was quick to resolve the issues on this project to keep it moving forward with minimal delays.

Genentech - Buildings 46, 47, & 48

We worked with the Genentech design team to install the flooring in 3 of their buildings. A large scale project like this presents its own scheduling challenges and once we got started we ran into moisture problems.

Luckily our team was up for the task and was able to perform moisture testing and seal the floors so the project could be completed flawlessly and on schedule.

Hyatt Regency

The Hyatt Regency project presented a number of challenges but our team was up for the job. Being an occupied installation, our team worked around both employees and guests to stay on schedule with minimal disruption to the guest experience.

Working to complete one floor per week, our team of trained union installers worked around the clock to make sure the job was completed on time and to spec.

1701 El Camino Real

This project had moisture problems which meant our team needed to do multiple moisture testing and eventually had to use a moisture barrier which added extra complexity.

In order to keep the project on schedule our team needed to manage the many city ordinances since it was located in a densely populated residential area in addition to working with and around multiple trades.
