Salesforce - One Rincon

Working on the Salesforce Postal Annex project posed several issues common with older construction. The concrete subfloors were in poor condition. The result meant removing up to 1.5” of the 1st floor slab and re-pouring it with subfloor leveling compound.

Our team was quick to resolve the issues on this project to keep it moving forward with minimal delays.

Genentech - Buildings 46, 47, & 48

We worked with the Genentech design team to install the flooring in 3 of their buildings. A large scale project like this presents its own scheduling challenges and once we got started we ran into moisture problems.

Luckily our team was up for the task and was able to perform moisture testing and seal the floors so the project could be completed flawlessly and on schedule.
